As the Owner, my background in healthcare and social services has given me a front-row seat to the real, often hidden struggles that individuals and families face. I’ve seen what happens when transportation becomes one more barrier—whether it’s a missed medical appointment, a delay in escaping a dangerous situation, or the overwhelming feeling of trying to hold it all together with no help in sight.

And I also know what it feels like to be on the other side.
To feel like a burden.
To feel unsupported, unseen, or like you can’t speak up without risking everything.
Those moments shaped me—and they shaped this business.

That’s why we created In Transition Transport—a transportation service built on compassion, lived experience, and a commitment to being there when it matters most.
